Nope. Completely legal.

The act itself is legal. If they took the picture while on your property that is trespassing. But, if they stood on the street or public property and took pictures there is really nothing you can do about it. If you had proof of the type of picture they may be taking for example of you nude showering then there may be other issues as well. Generally just pictures are allowed to be taken without your permission.
