So i have this really good idea.something that can make life easier for moms. but i dont know how to start making money off of it. and how do i get it made mine so no one can steal it?

Go to a patent office in your area and have your idea patented

patent it. u can do that even if u just hav an idea then tell us about it and well help. if it makes life easier for moms all u hav to do is get a store to sell it and if its really good all moms will want it

See if you can get a patent on your idea. A patent means no one else can steal it and lasts for 20 years. Go to Google.com/patents and type in keywords to see if a patent on your idea already exists. There are a bunch of steps in between, but if you do end up getting a patent you can sell the patent to some manufacturer for a lot of money. If your idea actually helps mom's and mom's would be willing to buy it, you're in luck: there are a lot of mom's. You're rich. Just don't tell anyone what your idea is, except a patent lawyer.

I am not a patent attorney, but I'm married to one. Being a mom I get ideas for this kind of thing all the time. I run them by my husband and he usually tells me it's not patentable for one reason or another. If you find something that you really feel strongly is a viable product you should hire a patent attorney and have them conduct a patent search to make sure a like item is not already out there. You might try to do some searching on your own. The US Patent and Trademark Office does have a website with search options.
