What if you where born on February 29th... does this mean you celebrate the day before, the day after, or celebrate staying young?

    If it were my birthday, I'd celebrate March 1 except for the leap year, in which case I'd celebrate February 29! :)

    That's my daughter; we celebrate every four and count her age in dog years! Actually, on the 28th at midnight we recognize her special spot in the universe and then we celebrate on the closest weekend.

    Celebrate March 1st. If you're born that day in the leap year 1984, you had existed for one year on March 1 1985.
