  • I did absolutely nothing after trying several different brands, and mine eventually went away on it's own.
  • Proactiv That stuff really works! =]
  • My advice, based on my experience, is to avoid touching the skin, wash only with water, drink one of those probiotic type drinks per day and avoid anything with pork fat in it (sweets, cakes, spreads, etc) This all worked very well for me. Best wishes.
  • goats milk soap. just wash your face with that in the morning and before you go to bed. i know it sounds kinda gross but this stuff is amazing
  • Pro-active. It's amazing.
  • I wash my face very thoroughly daily and wait for the acne to go, if I keep washing it generally doesn't come back. However, I don't have bad acne, and this probably won't work for everyone.
  • eliminate grease and oil from your diet. your body is constructed so grease and oil leave your body through your face and neck. go on a fast and drink water for three days and eat vegetables and fruit after that.
  • Eat healthy foods, lots of green vegetables and fruits, especially citrus. Stay away from greasy snack foods. Wash your face at least twice a day, preferable three times. There are several articles on this in the "How to Articles" section at the bottom of this page. Click on the link and then type "get rid of acne" in the search box. You will find a lot of ideas and tips.
  • Go to your doctor - they can probably prescribe you something to get rid of the acne and it will be much stronger than anything you'll find in the shops.
  • If I use Proactiv religiously I rarely break out.
  • Use Murad acne kit.$35.00 at amazon.com or sephora.com.It really works I never break out anymore.Wash your face every am & pm.put exfoliating gel over entire face avoiding eye area. When dries layer spot treatment over anywhere you need it and especially t -zone.Good luck.Hope this helps you as much as it's helped me.
  • Get older. By the time you get to my age acne will be the last of your problems.
  • I find the best treatment for acne is a product called Zynerit. It is ony available from the doctors but it is a miracle in a bottle. It is a small bottle of liquid that you dab onto the acne with the built in applicator. The acnes redness is almost gone within a few hours and the actual spots start to disapper over the next couple of days. You would need to have it prescribed to you. It doesn't dry your skin or cause any peeling like some creams do (it hasn't me anyway). I am no doctor but it would be worth asking your doctor about this stuff and see what they say. Good luck.
  • Take a look at your diet. Change eating habits. I believe what we put into our bodies, will be what comes out of our bodies. If you are dealing with acne, eat more healthful foods, and drink tons of water. Wash with mild cleanser, exfoliate and use oil-free moisturizer.
  • I also think that pimples are "small bursts of anger", are you an angry person?... maybe learn some relaxation techniques.
  • i wait hopelessly for it to dissapear.
  • Keep your face clean (wash it in the morning and at night, and don't touch it much). Don't get stressed. That's all I do.
  • Use cream from your local pharmacist. I will get the cream as soon as possible. If achne is left too long it could scar your face. Get it treated! see your Pharmacist or Doctor.
  • Check out the following sites, as at least one of these should help: http://www.acne--free.org/ http://www.acne--product.org/ http://www.acne--remedy.org/ http://www.acne-skin--care.org/ http://www.acne-treatment-3.org/ http://www.acne-treatments-3.org/ http://www.cure--acne.org/ These are all natural solutions, and involve no chemicals. While chemical-based treatment of acne can work, it can also leave scars, which can be worse than what you started with.
