No, Atheists shun the idea of any type of deity or higher power and all associated with it (i.e Satan).

Atheism is the lack of belief in a higher power or a deity of any kind. It's not a belief, per se, but specifically someone who is without these beliefs. The etymological prefix "a" from the Greek for "without", and "theism" pertaining to the belief in god(s). Atheists in most cases shouldn't be thought of as ANTI-theists, rather they are people who simply don't subscribe to a theological belief system, whether it involves God, Satan, Buddha, or Muhammed.
