Why doesn't St. Jude Children's Hospital have branch hospitals elsewhere in the country so families don't have to deal with the extra stress of being so far away from their children? Why is there still one St. Jude hospital in the US?

    The answer to almost every question of the "Why don't they?..." type is "Because it costs too much." St. Jude's is a Catholic hospital and if they had more money they'd open more hospitals.
