Help answer this question below.

I was caught shoplifting a few weeks ago, the store just took my name and address and a few other things, I was not arrested or reported to the police, but I did recieve a civil liability fine in the mail.. What happens if I don't pay this?

Just pay it. An arrest is worse than this, I'd assume. How much is it?
