No, I actually like my broccoli on the crunchy side. Unless you're speaking of frozen broccoli that is still cold, then YUCK!

Not at all. In Asian dishes and in salad I like it crunchy and crisp. I even like it raw in some salads.

Doesn't bother me in the slightest as long as it's hot...now hubby, his has to be microwaved for 10 minutes...go figure.
