  • rape of any kind is horrible. It's damaging and it's wrong. Go talk to her, figure out why she doesn't want to go home, if it's cause she doesn't want to tell her parants, help her tell them. Just be someone that's there for her.
  • I would say let her stay a couple days with you, if that's what she wants, then go back home with her, and arrange for you or someone close to her to stay with her for a few days until she's comfortable again. Maybe, if it was a break-in situation, have someone come over and install an alarm or help her get locks on all her doors and windows, etc. Doing something pro-active like that will help her feel more secure.
  • Go talk to her, see how she is, make sure she isn't about to kill herself etc. Figure out why she doesn't want to come home and how you can be of assistance but ultimately respect whatever opinion she has. She's just been raped she doesn't want on of her good friends trying to force her to do something she doesn't want to do.
  • I'd say let her stay a few days... set her up with self defence classes to help her feel more confident, something agressive like kickboxing to give her a physical relief valve.
  • I would let her stay and offer her as much love support and guidance that i could.
  • in my opinion you wouldn't be a real friend if you didn't. let her stay as long as she needs to, be a true friend to her and she will return the favor. :)
  • This might make me sound like a bitch, but there are people who lie about that kind of stuff so they can get sympathy. As long as she's not one of those kinds of people, then I say let her stay at your house. If she has a history of lying to get attention, then you may want to let her stay at your place, but don't let her take advantage of your generosity. I'm just trying to be realistic. If someone has anything like "How can you say that?", just don't comment. I can say that because I've known it to happen before and I've seen people being taken advantage of with false claims worded like this or similar to this. I'm not saying she's lying, but I am saying to not just believe everything you hear.
