Place two fingers and one thumb on each end of the tube. together, gently shift the tube backwards and forward, remembering, it went in a circle and its going to come out, in a circle. Use only gentle pressure on the tube. it may break and the inside gas could be dangerous. If you are still have difficulty. forget it and go to walmart and buy a new stick light and replace it with the old. the cost is about $10 to 15.00.
