Probably the same way they always viewed them. They need to be proselytized and converted to Christianity. They would probably have to go to purgatory I bet until they learned what it means to be a Catholic I guess.

From the Catechism of the Catholic Church: "Outside the Church there is no salvation" 846 How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers? Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body: Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it. ****847 This affirmation is not aimed at those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church: Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation. 848 "Although in ways known to himself God can lead those who, through no fault of their own, are ignorant of the Gospel, to that faith without which it is impossible to please him, the Church still has the obligation and also the sacred right to evangelize all men."

The Catholic Church believes that those who die never hearing of Christ but have sought the truth and does the will of God as they understand it can be saved. See Romans 2:13-16. For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, sections 1257-1261: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2.htm#art1 With love in Christ.

I'm not Catholic I'm a Methodist, but we are taught that it is our responsibility to teach the world and make sure everyone knows God's word. It's up to them to believe it or not, but we have to at least tell them the Good News. The blood of those who do not know about Jesus and God's word is on our hands. That's why we send out missionaries and go on Good Will Missions so that we may spread God's word and they at least have the choice of accepting Jesus.

All Christians, including Catholics, believe in the words of Scripture which say: "...since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. " Romans 1: 20 We believe that God has revealed Himself basically through the natural order, enough of who He is that all humans can make a response at a basic level. Therefore, those who have made a response at that basic level, will be taken to be with God. However, once in heaven, they will begin to learn the fullness of God's revelation to humans, through the prophets and through Jesus Himself.
