I have some old (about 20 years old) video tapes taken of family members. I would love to have them transferred to DVD or computer disk or some more accessible form. (Sorry I'm a bit of a technophobe). How could I go about this?

you can do it yourself somehow, but the easiest way to do it is to go to a place where they do that!! try where they develop films or video stores.. anything like that would probably work and if they don't do it there i am sure they know where u can do it!! good luck dude :)

Go to Staples(or other computer store)and ask for the machine to do this. It is under 300. and worth it in the end. You take the movie,it transfers to the computer then you take it and burn it to DVD. What I am looking for is a way to get the little 9 mm movies put on DVD. It will cost me over 1500 to get it done professionally.HELP!
