My Dog barks when I leave, and I live in an apartment i dont want Animal Control being called, whats a good way to solve this, he is 15wks old. Barks when he wants to play and get attention, we walk alot and play alot too. Any helpful tips please.

A dog has to learn to be alone. Since your doggie is training you at the moment, read this http://k9deb.com/nilif.htm . When you leave your dog alone, start by making sure it has peed and pood and is a little tired and help him by making the transition to being alone easier by not giving it any attention 20 minutes before you leave. Also at coming back you don't make a fuss. Give it something to do, like a chewtoy give that only whem you go away. When you're in the house, don't let him follow you around all the time, physicly stop him by closing the door or having a kiddyfence in dooropenings. The time alone should be slowely extended. Starting at maybe a minute or so.
