no i would not, i love my children and have worked hard as a parent to try and make sure they grew up happy respectful adults. I had my children because i wanted them, i didnt have them for somebody else to take them and do my job.

The only people I want raising my child is me and his father. And the latter is sometimes questionable.

Based on past experiences with our grandaughter... No. The children are packed like sardines, living in sub-standard housing. If your child is not already "wise to the world", she will be once she's under the governments hand. Its not the government, its the other children. Some are "way too street wise". This environment can change a sweet child into a monster. We are witness to this.
