Get some Valerian, or Passion Flower, or Chamomile, to let your thoughts relax, then get some sleep... you'll be able to deal with things better once you've had some sleep... ;-)

Write, you dont need to talk to anyone but perhaps if you get your thoughts out on paper it might make you feel better. I recommend Lavender oil to help you sleep and perhaps councelling to help you get over this all in all. Good luck I know those 'blue' times aint easy.

councling,or perscription drugs are the alternatives here,or maybe even meditation.you also might try taking a nice hot bath with a cap of rubbing alcohol,it may sound weird but it helps.i've had similar troubles,so i know how frustrating it can be.good luck:)

Below might help: Step 1: Look at the clock. IF you have anything you normally do at the current time, DO it now! Even though you don't feel like to do it, you still manage yourself to do it. For instance, if this is dinner time, and you don't feel like to eat, you could go to the dinner table and not eat anything. Try to Stick on your Normal routines! THIS WILL HELP! Step 2: Look into your thoughts. Write them down. If they are negative. Write positive one to replace each one of them. Whenever they occur to you, replace them with positive ones. ( the sad and depressed mood will cultivate more thoughts to support and sustain that mood. So, don't listen to them!)
