Well, sure he could. He could take up some weight training. Weight training with barbells and dumbbells would certainly increase his overall strength. He could also do bodyweight exercises (calisthenics) such as push ups and pull ups, which would also increase his strength. i think your son needs calcium in his body. make a diet chart for him. ask him not to eat junk food more. he should have a healthy eating habits.his protein and calcium intake should be high.

take him to the gym and/or tell him to do 1 push up 1 day and double it every day for 1 week then wait 2 weeks and do the same thing that is what i do

Get his feeble body in the gym, or get him to do push ups and pull ups every day. I started when I was 13-14, doing as many as I could every day. When I'm waiting for food to cook, or a commercial comes on TV, I did push ups. But yeah, regular trips to the gym, even just 3 times a week, doing full body workouts will boost his strength, especially if he is start at such a low level. Also, make sure he eats his vegetables and meat. I've been doing that for a long time. Hell, I'm 21 myself, I'd probably crush my step dads hand if I wanted to, nevermind beat my mum in an arm wrestle!

Go mamma ish your birthday! whoo, congrats although! get that boy in the gym! i have a membership, cost 1000 dollars but it pays off, im a girl and i run there everyother day. i feel so exilerated after. that boy could use some weight lifting, push ups(really good for upper body strength) punching, boxing..he should definitely get a membership!!
