I have confronted mine before. We have a pretty good relationship though. If you get to know them well enough-they will know you have enough dirt on them to get revenge-if need be. I point blank ask if they are trying to get me fired. If there isn't a good reason they probably are-in that case I would watch my back. No use confronting someone who is trying to get you in trouble-it may be just what they are looking for to help you out the door.

I had one who attempted it..I called him on it..he apologized. Who needs a job that bad? Of course you have to confront and contain and change it or you leave! :)
