I want to get a Mohawk but everyone i know its against it, i don't understand what's the big deal i mean its just a haircut right?

Well, unfortunately there are societal norms. You may look good in a mohawk but depending on the type of work you do, people will always judge you. If it doesn't affect your professional life in anyway and makes you happy then by all means do it. A mohawk is by no means permanent anyways.

get it. i had one for 3 years, i liked it, but i recently found out i like it shaved better, who cares what people think, theres always going to be opinions on either side of an issue. do it if YOU want, not what THEY want.

Yup, it's just a haircut..and hair grows! So, if you change your mind at some point..you can grow it back! I say go for it..if you want to you shouldn't worry about what other people think!

It's your hair and your head..it will grow back. Britney shaved her head..if a Mohawk is attractive to you, do it. What other people say isn't important unless they are important to you and you care a lot about what they think. Just my opinion.

It's just a haircut, and you should get whatever you want. If it starts to negatively impact your life, you can change it. The big deal is that some people mistakenly believe it is a sign of disrespect for yourself and others.
