My 6-7 week old kitten seems pretty healthy, she's playing, eating/drinking...However, she doesn't have diarrhea, but her stools are not exactly "normal" brown/formed (yellow/brown, "toothpaste") should she be seen by the vet?

Try changing her diet. Kibble not soft food. If you can afford to go to the vet go for it but myself I would try the diet change first. Worm her as well.
