  • No alcohol is the gateway drug just no one likes to admit it.
  • I smoked it and didn't like it...but in any case I don't know that I think that there is a gateway drug...I think there are drug/addictive personalities, And I also think that it really doesn't matter much what they use..they will find something. Getting rid of marijuana isn't a 'cure': finding something to help people who are easily addicted to drugs is.
  • Alcohol is the gateway drug just no one likes to admit it.
  • Absolutely not. I have drawn a very distinct line which I will never cross. Marijuana is the ONLY recreational drug I have ever used or will ever use.
  • The innocence of marijuana leads people to think that the addicitiveness of other drugs is being over-hyped by the government, media and medical communities. Unfortunately, Heroin and Cocaine are highly addictive in both physical and psychological ways. Marijuana, although enjoyable, is not physically addictive and rarely psychologically addictive.
  • I smoked it some when I was younger, but I didn't really like it I only done it when I didn't have any thing to drink. I don't really think it was a gateway, I think your going to look for stuff if you want to try it anyway thats just one of the popular things most people try first. I agree with the addictive personalities one spoke of in their answers, some people just like to keep doing certain drugs no matter what because they feel it takes them away from their reality that they want to hide from.
  • it depends on YOU!! if u wanna try drugs u r gonna try drugs!! Marijuana is just an excuse for it!! in my opinion!! just by the way, i smoke Marijuana and i love it!
