My house of course 150,000.00 wil not replace the house anyway.
-
Definitely the house. Even if I could replace the house for $150K, I don’t want to lose all the sentimental stuff inside!
-
Definitely the house. There are so many thing that I have that would no one would want, but mean the world to me. I couldn't even put a price on them.
-
Although my house is valued at more than twice that, I'd save the cash, It's not insured but the house is.
-
My house from a fire. Can't buy nothing with $150,000 these days.
-
Well, with $150,000 I could get TWO of my houses... but then I'd lose the family photos, record collection, and everything we've worked so hard for... Forget the house, I'll save my HOME.

neither...

The house!!

My first reaction was to say the former, save my house from a fire. Then I thought about it. Nowhere in your question does it say that my house is in danger if I'm saving 150,000 from a fire. So, I will go with the latter, then I can use that money to cover the medical costs I've incurred from all of the 2nd and 3rd degree burns. Wait, if it's that dangerous I'm doing neither.
