I would not go that far, but yes, it would be refreshing to walk down the street and not see everyones belly button and 1/2 their arse hanging out.

You don't have to go that far back, but a bit more care and modesty would be nice, especially in business situations. I remember when people were more respectful of how they dressed. They dressed to suit themselves but also to be appropriate for where they were going. People weren't out to shock others. I think that's rude and disrespectful.
