It could be hemmorids it could be somthing else. If it continues to happen make an appointment with a GI doctor. In the mean time if you are constipated or if it hurts when you go you can take a stool softener. Make sure you drink plenty of liquids water or course is best. Avoid too much caffiene and alcohol both dehydrate you. Increase your fiber intake lots of green leafy vegges. If you can't/won't eat veges then you can take a fiber suplement. Only take laxatives as a last resort. And becareful b/c your body can get used to them and then you won't be able to go unless you take them.
