Do you have a difficult time apologizing or does it come naturally to you?

If it's not sincere I have a hard time getting it out. I like sincere apologies. Saying sorry means that you feel bad and that you intend to make sure that it never happens again. Sincere apologies come right out. I take them seriously but I don't have a hard time saying sorry.

I can say sorry and mean it quite easily. However, I try to stay out of situations where it becomes necessary.

I don't apologize unless I feel I should, why do it if you don't need to I say.

It comes very naturally to me. I can accept when I am wrong and acknowledge that with an apology easily.
