Maybe you can start using their middle names... Sarah Jessica Sarah Michelle When I was a child the girl across the street had the same name... I was Big and she was referred to as Little... because of our age difference. Doubt that would go over well with two adult women.

We used to have 5 Chrises in our family. It can get tricky. You can use middle names, or we had "Big Chris", "Little Chris", "Christopher", "Gerry's Chris" and other nicknames.

What's your new daughter-in-laws middle name? Maybe your daughter can continue to go by Sarah, and d-i-l can go by both.

Sarah 1 & Sarah 2 lol

when you refer to your daughter, refer to her as 'our Sarah' and your daughter-in-law, Sarah.

Give one of them a nickname

I say give either both or just one a nickname. One can stay Sarah and the other can go by like Sarbear or something similar to that. I have 5 close friends that are all named Sarah, so what I do is use their last names. Like instead of Saying Stanners and Sarah Stele, I just say "Stanners" or "Stelte". It's a lot easier. But im not sure how that would go over with two adult women. Something to think about anyway. Hope that helped
