I was going to join a gym for some semi-intense cardio last week...but then I noticed my cable company has on-demand exercise stuff...I figured what the hell, might as well try it out. Good thing I did. I got gassed in 6 minutes of a 15 minute Tae-Bo thing...and have sore muscles to the point of interfering w/ walking 3 days later. I got a LOT of work to do...but that was all the motivation I needed to make sure I change that. I mean...6 freaking minutes???? Unreal....then sore for 3+ days???? Quite sad. That's gotta change lol. Now I'm hell bent on getting up endurance to where I *can* join the semi-intense 50-minute sessions at the gym. No idea if it'll take 6 weeks or 6 years tho lol...I'm pretty beyond out of shape at least as far as cardio goes.

liquor lifts... several of them... i usually loose track of time though

You shouldn't need to work out more than 45 minutes a session, especially if you work out different muscle groups per day like you're supposed to. After you hit the weights, then a good one hour long run afterwards should finish out your daily workout.

Almost two hours a day, almost. If I were in a rush I could squeeze it into 90 minutes.

It depends on how long someone is chasing me ;)

When I work I'm on my feet walking around for 8 straight hours. Aside from that I occasionally ride my bike and take the dogs out. During the school year I'm at the gym for an hour, three times a week.
