In the Sims 2 University, is there any way to make your sims into NPC's so that you can have all your favorite sims in a dorm but you only have to control one sim?

Yes... Sort of. First of all, get all the sims that you want to live there, and move them in. After you have been playing for a bit (make sure they have bedrooms and stuff) then click on Ctrl + Shift + C this will bring up a cheat window. Type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" (without the "") then rightclick on the sims you DONT want to control. A list of testing cheats will come up (this was designed for the makers of the game to test many different things) and click on MAKE UNSELECTABLE. this should make the sim become like an NPC. I havnt tried this in my university lot, only my home. but if it all goes wrong, you can right click on the sim and click MAKE SELECTABLE. It will make you the controller again :)
