I made the #2 position in an online community with about 8,000 users. It's like having a target painted on your back. I coded web pages, databases, and contributed much of my time, only to get slammed and booted because the few command decisions I made were perceived to hurt site donations.

Periodically of course. But I have a tool I use to allow the immediate disdain I feel for these situations to evaporate.

Considering my lifestyle, I've got my fair share of enemies and disapprovers. But so long as they take the time to find some things out, I don't have a problem with it. If they don't, I find myself having to put them in their place just so I can go on leaving in peace.

Happens all the time... in some categories, you take your chances simply by posting an answer... both sides are so adamant, you can get slammed for simply posting... and there are individuals who will neg you just for spite... I can virtually guarantee negs every night around 3am my time, as well, like clockwork...

Yes, many times, the latest on here by someone who shall forever remain nameless. They are following me around and downrating every question I ask. LOL! I honestly couldn't care less, since points are meaningless to me. : )

Yes, but I also make sure to report it via Feedback. Abusers should not be given full rein, or the good users lose.

Yes permanently on here, all I do is leave a comment for whoever is down rating and warn them. Then I report via feedback and let go of the subject. Regards.
