Well, it depends. I am a 21-year-old female and have mine done, but I don't go around showing them to everyone. I got them done simply because I love body art and I did it for myself. If you are worried about what other people think (whether it's attractive, slutty, stupid, artsy) then you shouldn't be doing it at all. It is your body and you can express yourself however you wish too. If you want those nipples pierced...GO FOR IT!

Post a picture and I'll tell you. I pretty much agree with the first response ~ you have to do it for yourself. Now there is the gravity factor. Have you had any breast surgery (augmentation larger or smaller?) do you plan on it? Unfortunately gravity does suck. How will it look as you get older? Personally I like women with them if there in good taste and don't have piercing that weight 10 pounds.

I think you should go for it if you reaaly want to. I am 44 and I've got both nipples pierced. They look really nice now with sparkly jewels in them, whereas before, they were just flat and smooth. Do not let age be a factor in deciding - it's the way you feel about yourself that's important. My husband thinks they're great too!

well i will tell you from experience that yes they are sexy, but i will warn you they do require alot of care. I had both of mine pierced and they took a very long time to heal. and then one of them started to surface so before it ruined my nipple completley I just took them out.

Obviously it depends on how they look first, but I find any kind of decoration stimulating. It's probably true that you'll experience an increase in sensation because the jewellery transmits any vibration to more nerve endings, but I don't think that's a disadvantage... It shouldn't be painful having them pierced and certainly not once they've healed - nipples are made from very tough stuff to withstand breastfeeding. I'd say go for it. If your husband doesn't like them, tell him it's your body and you'll do what you like with it.
