If it's word against word and there's no evidence, you don't.

You get a hidden recorder and microphone and catch him in a definite lie and then play it back to the authorities.

Threaten him with violence, if that fails move to friends and family. He'll give up.

Who ever recounts the best facts, timelines, and circumstances overpowers the weaker accusation. No one can disprove what truly happens in a given space and time. OJ got off because the prosecutor failed to place him at the scene of the crime accurately but the facts seem to prove he was there and committed the crime.
