Noooo... the alcohol burns off in the cooking process, leaving the flavors and essence of what made up the substance (remind you that wine, beer, etc. aren't purely alcohol).

I wouldnt think so. When you cook with wine for example the alcohol is actually cooked out and you are just left with the flavour of it. But i suppose to be safe, they should just probably avoid order meals like that if there concerned...

big boo is correct, alcohol is quickly evaporated out of the liquid during cooking. However i would advise that "friendship" cakes (sort of like a fruit cake) is thoroughly baked, i took a bite of one not cooked properly and it took my breath away..LOL

If alcohol is ingested without the intent to, it is not considered a relapse. Only the person who has it knows their motives.
