  • Why wouldn't they?
  • Yes, i believe all people would sleep with their eyes closed. It's like the universal rule for sleeping.
  • ciao bella! certamente, creo que si...
  • Why Polish people? This sounds like a lame set up for a dumb joke. You're a tool.
  • Polish people are, in fact, human and thus, yes, sleep with their eyes closed. Some people sleep with their eyes slightly open, but that is a physiological idiosyncracy that has nothing to do with ethnicity. Now that the anatomy lesson is over ...what is it about Polish people that would make them any different in this regard? If you really need to know, then, based on the fact that my mother was born in Poland, as was my Uncle and Grandmother, and I have seen them all sleeping and all have their eyes closed, then I can tell you definitively that Polish people sleep with their eyes closed. To echo SqurlprtsUSMC, I believe this was a set up for a joke, in which case, shame on you. Ethnic jokes are low-brow and tacky and generally not welcome here at Answerbag.
  • Yes, as do almost all humans. Perhaps your species does it differently, so that you sleep with your eyes open and then wake up with your eyes closed, hence your confusion.
  • No, the Polish people housed the last of a sect of super-aware, quasi-mutants. In-breeding all but eradicated the last few pures. But some of their traits still exist, passed on and on. We're still very knowledgeable of the goings on of our ceilings and, unfortunately, the film Titanic. Don't be jealous. Your inferiority will die out soon enough :D
  • Careful, he may ask you if Italians sleep with their eyes closed...
