Question

Help answer this question below.

My kitten is always running around not watching where she's going- and as a result she bangs her head and extremities on hard objects and corners often. Could she get seriously injured/brain damaged or are 3 mo olds like that? Should I pad corners?

I just had to click on this question cuz it was about kittens and I adore cats!!! But honestly I don't know anything about kittens running into objects. I wish I had a kitten :( but I'm in college and back at home my dad bought a doberman. I love my dog but I want a cat sooo badly!!! I love somali and birman cats!!!

Kitten do very strange crazy things. They love to zoom around and at crazy. But if she is always running into things, you might want to get her eyes checked. Is she possibly cross-eyed? We had a kitten that would turn a corner and walk right into walls. I looked at her closely and realized she was severely cross-eyed.

Most kittens are a little un-coordinated. One of my kittens is months old and still bumps into walls, stares brainless at corners/walls. I would imagine because she's still a kitty, shes just having fun possibly getting dizzy. nothing to worry about unless she's hitting HARD. I'd talk to a vet about it. I'm sure she's not retarded. She just might be clumsy. But she is small, hitting her head daily might not be a good thing.
