  • Most people would opt for the marinade with the flavour they want -- as opposed to opting for a flavour they dislike and ending up with children that they do not enjoy. The right marinade is the one that tastes good.
  • I'd go for something like rosemary and rosewater - gives a lovely subtle fragrant flavour for such tender flesh.... :P
  • Sweet and sour sauce, it is good for girls and boys.
  • We are speaking of goats here..I've never had goat but I have had lamb and it is delicious..you roast lamb (the whole thing) on a spit so I guess goat could be could handled similarly. :) As for marinade, unless one has a large enough pan it would be tricky..I'd vote for brushing it occasionally with some basting sauce that includes garlic, lemon, salt and pepper and whatever herbs you enjoy! :)
  • Mmm it really depends on the children in question. When choosing a child to BBQ, you have to be sure you pick a good one! Look for one of a decent size with not too much fat. What you marinade your chosen child in is entirely up to you, as marinade preference differs from person to person. However, I personally like something garlic-y. Garlic goes perfectly with such tender and succulent meat. Have fun!
  • Beer batter with a little bit of orance juice and lark's vomit with a candied frog.
  • Albert Fish number 2?
  • Deep fry them instead. There may be more calories but this is a small price to pay then deciding on marinades!
  • you let them decide before you grill them, "now Billy, what marinade would you like?". Not only do you get a nice surprise each time but you're liked for giving them a choice.
