I didn't know they were allowed to wear bling...he he. Good question. They did make measurements on some TV/cable show but I don't think they used joules. It probably was PSI. There's a lot of science that goes into it. Some of it they don't really understand because the people that do the measuring do not know all the technique involved. It really starts from your toes to throw a proper punch and uses all of your body in a way that transfers the energy. Martial artists also have those techniques or similar ones.
