I think you would still need the sperm (male portion) to conceive a child.

The main problem with your theory is that there is nothing to fertilize the eggs dear. Assuming it would work though, yes, they would be human, seeing as they were born of human.

One of my biology teachers once told us of a procedure that genetic material from two eggs could be combined but could never produce a male child (no Y chromosome) but it would be a combination of both partners. I don't know if it was a theory being worked on or if it can actually be done. If so, two ladies could have a female child but I'm not sure about two males having one and a female carrying it for them bc she never said anything about them.
