I'm gonna guess it's easier said than done to "hold it in" eventually the stimulation could make him ejaculate regardless of how much he tried to keep it back. With that said though, if he was being raped it would place his mind elsewhere which could stop him from even maintaining an erection

If the sexual act was what rape is, but my friend rape isn't about sex it is about control in a sexual nature. You can be forced to perform oral sex on a woman/man thats rape. They can molest you that is also a form of rape. shoving something up your backside is rape. Rape means you were forced to do something sexual not just sexual intercourse. Holding back does not matter nor does the climax the act itself is the rape. If a man has sex with a unwilling female and does not climax that does not mean it doesn't count as rape.

I feel I was raped and now the woman has a child. She has filed for child support. What can I do? She just wanted to have a family because she was lonely and depressed. Will the courts really believe that she raped me? I am the man in this situation, but I feel as though I was used and violated. What can I do? Please help.

You can't "hold it in", but besides that, he would have to be hard in order for her to get it inside her to begin with.
