I'm having a BBQ at home, what do you suggest for the meat ? (an special sauce, a nice salad ...)

Well, everybody loves a nice Bratworst. Also maybe look into getting some high quality meat for the barbque, such as sirloin burger, or something of the such.. think about doing maybe barbqued oysters for an appetizer? As far as salads go, go for something that will be nice and refreshing. Spring salad is great for that fresh taste. Also you may follow it up with a nice asian vinegarette, or something fresh like that.

i hope its not too late D, i got this Mrs. Dash marinating sauce from tops and mixed with some greek yogurt this thing works wonders.... it works best on chicken cubes on skewers, kabobs :)

I love a steak in honey garlic sauce marinade. And I love a lot of cold pasta salads. There's one I tried recently, pasta caesar salad. Spiral pasta in caesar dressing with a little lettuce and small real white chicken strips.
