  • Eat 3 meals a day! In between meals, NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING, ZERO, ZILCH, except fruit and water, is allowed. Once a day, best before a meal, walk at a fair pace at least 1 mile (approx 1.6 Km) so you are out of breath and sweaty when you're done. Your last meal in the evening at least 3 hours before going to bed. Let us know how it worked out!
