Soups are great ways to get your veges. You can puree the veges, so you don't get them in chunks. Sauces are another way. Make a pasta sauce, and, on the side, boil some red lentils. When the lentils are soft, mix them into the sauce. THat adds protein and fiber, as well as minerals. For fruits, make pancakes, and mix pureeed fruit into the pancake mix. Adds flavour and all the goodness.
