Contact the county court house in the county in which you were born and they will direct you in seeking a copy of your birth certificate.
  • You can go to the social security office and fill out paperwork to get your social security card replaced and let them know you lost it because some people might try to use your social security and you will need it in your future. Maybe you will have to let your parents know I think they have to sign the paperwork for you since you are a minor. Also tell your parents about your birth certificate also. They love you and will want to help you.
  • Since you are a minor and have no ID you can have your parents send off for your Birth Certificate and go to the Social Security Office to apply for your SS Card
