Should we have quarters for Panama and Ecuador?

Under what logical reasoning. Perhaps we should have one. Didn't th US plant a flag there so that makes it US territory. Lets make that one next.

The new quarters represent states. It would make more sense, if we were to continue adding more designs, to add Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico or other US protectorates (like the US Virgin Islands). Panama and Ecuador do not warrant that. They may use our currency, but that doesn't mean we should recognize them ON our currency.
