How do people get front row seats and back stage passes to hot concerts? I've always wondered how these people are so lucky. (I know some of them are through radio stations).

I used to date this guy that had 2 brothers. They used to take turns spending the night outside the place where tickets were sold. We always had front row tickets to concerts. These days, radio stations buy up all the good seats for contests that they have on the radio, so it is hard to get front row seats to concerts, at least in my area.

Depends on the 'act'. I've gotten second row several times and that was just by having early notice to the concert and being ready to buy online quickly.

Now-a-days you have to know someone. Ticket sellers buy up the tickets. Knowing the promotor and being friends with him/her will get you good tickets. I've never had good tickets. I saw Shania Twain in Omaha and had to watch the screens because she was so small on stage in person.
