Slow and steady is the way to avoid loose skin and health problems. #3 - help her out. Suggest going for a walk at the nature park, or on a run with the dogs, or even swimming at the local pool. Cook healthful, balanced meals and eat them with her. She needs close support from a trusted person more than a sidelines cheerleader anyway.
