    It's interesting, but I don't believe they'd care about me as much if I gave in to their expectations. One reason the people who care and love me actually persist with the care and love is because of who I am. If I conformed to their beliefs, they would want the old me back because that's what they cared and loved about. The people who care for you and love you don't love you because of what they expect, they love you because of who you are. Now one essentialy part to this is to have an open mind. One can contain different qualities to a persons liking but yet must have an open mind and be able to respect the other person's beliefs.
