Artificial tears. Also it depends on the reason for the dry eyes. For instance allergies can cause dry eyes. Treat the allergies and the dry eyes will go away.

I get dry eyes a lot, but I prefer to just deal with it. Some would say take Visine, but I don't believe in taking drugs for everything these days. Maybe try to blink a little more and AB in the middle of the night less. =]
