I didn't even know this existed. I don't know all the ins and outs yet because I haven't been here very long and I usually am busy answering or asking questions so I don't really snoop around but now you have peeked my interest. So if I kind of agree I can give lower? Hmmmm....

No, I always give the max unless they're rude.

Yes I do. If the question/answer is not great I give a point for them taking the time to ask/answer but if it's a good one they get my maximum points available.
