You work at ice plant, co-worker calls customer & man there orders ice, YOU then call for directions, lady answers, & she tells you different order. Boss calls to get clearer directions, & they tell him they did not order ice, do you feel silly?

Not really, however you must establish who the desinated order person is . Take orders from that one person each time.
