I did when I was in Michigan. Kind of hard in Hawaii though.

You know what keithold? Although I live in a very snowy climate in winter, I have never skied before in my life. I do, however, speedskate whenever I can in winter, and of course I swim all year round. :)

No and it's not likely I ever will, unless someone < hint hint > can direct me to a holiday place that has real log cabins with fireplaces in the snowfield area of N.S.W or Vic :)

I hate snow, and everything about it (except seeing pictures or far away snowcapped mountains). I've never been skiing in my life.

Yes, learned at 40 now 50 I ski and snowboard more every year, was on snow 53 days this last season, I love it can't get enough

Yes every winter and I travel to a different part of the world with every trip. I love it my 12th trip coming up now in december..... Austria:)

I've been twice to Lermoos in Austria, in February one year and in March the other year. In March next year, we're going back, and I love it. If you get a chance, enquire about Sporthotel Loisach in Lermoos, as it is by far and away the finest hotel I have stayed in, and that's saying something considering I go on tow or three holidays per year.

Nope. Hate the cold, wind and general winter season. Plus, I'm probably not coordinated enough to do very well, I'm afraid.

If you mean going down the snow-covered slopes first on my butt, then on my back...then, yes, I've been skiing...once! Now, then, water skiing I was darn good at. However, now at 70, I'm more than happy just to wait for everyone to return. They can find me at the bar, where I can watch them all slooshin' 'n sloshin'! :-)

I try as much as I can! Schedules are hard, so I've only been twice this year :( And I'm only about 15 min from a resort!
