    I don't know the first person to say nothing is impossible. But I can tell you that there are several verses of scriptures in the Bible stating that nothing is impossible with God.

    Not sure but I've heard it phrased more commonly 'anything is possible'. However, this should not be confused to imply that any notion we have have is as probable as any other idea. Nor does it imply that any concept is automatically correct since 'anything is possible'. A thing could still be considered 'possible' since we don't know 'everything', but even though we consider something possible we might still be entirely and factually incorrect (i.e. our perceptions may not reflect the truth concerning reality).

    I don't believe we know exactly who made alot of expressions,but if u ask me my guess is a scientist involved in the probability field,because according to probability nothing really is impossible.
